OHP Changes in 2027

Oregon Health Plan is changing in 2027, and some members may see changes to their coverage or requirements.

  • Work requirements: Beginning January 1, some adults ages 19–64 will need to complete 80 hours per month of work, school, volunteering, or another qualifying activity. Exceptions will apply.
  • More frequent renewals: Many OHP members will need to renew their coverage more often.
  • Open Card: Starting January 1, some OHP members will receive coverage through Open Card.
