Charitable Pharmacy Information
VIM has a charitable pharmacy available to all patients. Most pharmaceutical companies have a prescription assistance program for those who cannot afford expensive medications. VIM’s charitable pharmacy can assist patients with the paperwork to qualify for each prescription assistance program (PAP). VIM keeps a small supply of generic medications for dispensing to patients. We also send many prescriptions out to local pharmacies.
**VIM does not prescribe or dispense any narcotics, pain medication or medical marijuana.**
Please call the number that is on your medication bottle for refills. EVEN IF IT SAYS NO MORE REFILLS. We need at least 48 hours to approve or refill any prescription. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your medications, please call the VIM pharmacy at 541.585.9001. You will need to leave your name and your phone number where you can be reached. The pharmacy hours are the same as the clinic hours.Donating Medications:
