Coronavirus Important Updates - VIM is Open

If you have a medical issue and you are a VIM patient, call 541-330-9001. If we do not answer, leave a message with your name, date of birth and the symptoms you have. We WILL call you back.

Pharmacy: Please call 541-585-9010 before arriving to pick up your medication. If we do not answer, leave a message with your name, date of birth, phone number and the medicine you need and we we call you back.

Pharmacy hours: Monday 1-5pm; Tuesday 4-8pm, Thursday/Friday 8:30 – 12:30pm
