For nearly 20 years, Volunteers in Medicine has provided healthcare to low-income working adults who live in Central Oregon and have no medical insurance or means to pay for care.

Make your own impact.
Join our Circle of Caring by selecting a donation level (and perk!) that's right for you.

  • A medical volunteer shift: $25. A volunteer shift is a 4-hour clinic. Volunteer doctors and nurses see 4-5 patients per shift. We provide trainings and staff support to ensure their success. Keep the volunteer chain strong by sponsoring a medical volunteer shift!
  • A day of patient care: $100. Your donation will fund about 20 patient visits! 
  • A month of patient medications: $250. Many patients face major medical issues, requiring expensive medications. Your donation will fund the average medications for one patient for a full month. 
  • A week of patient care: $500. Step up for patients without health insurance in Central Oregon and cover a full week of our clinics. Over five clinics we’ll see between 80 and 100 patients. What an impact your dollars can make!  
  • A year of care for 1 patient: $1,000. It costs $1,000 to support one patient for one year. Cover the cost of their care and change a life! 
  • A year of care for 5 patients: $5,000. Join other major donors. Be the catalyst for a stronger and healthier Central Oregon!

Volunteers in Medicine is partnering with Central Oregon Gives from Nov. 8 through Dec. 31, 2023. 

For every donation made to VIM through Central Oregon Gives, donors will receive a free gift in addition to their Circle of Caring sponsorship benefit!
