Prescription Refills & Answers To Your Questions
Your doctor has prescribed your medications because they are important for your health.
Please call us if:
• You have any questions about your medications.
• You are experiencing any unusual side effects.
For medication refills from the VIM pharmacy: If you need a refill on a prescription that you received from the VIM charitable pharmacy, call (541) 585-9010. Please allow 48 hours (2 days) for a refill. If you call on a Thursday, your prescription may not be ready until the following Monday.
For medication refills from an outside pharmacy: This is if you filled your prescription from any other local pharmacy. Please call the phone number that is on the label of your medication bottle.
Call them even if the bottle says “no refill”: Tell them you are requesting a refill. They will call VIM for an approval. Please allow at least 48 hours (2 days) for a refill.
Pharmacy Hours: The pharmacy is open during the same hours as the clinic:
Monday: 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
Tuesday: 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
