VIM services include:
- Preventive and acute care
- Chronic disease management
- Specialty referrals
- Lab and other diagnostic testing
- Health education (i.e. diabetes wellness, lipids and hypertension clinics)
- Mental health assessment and counseling
- Women's health care
- Assistance with prescription medications
- Limited dental services
Services Not Provided:
- Fertility testing
- Paternity testing
- Drug testing for employment
- Genetics testing
- Workers Comp evaluation
- Disability evaluation
- STD testing
- Obstetrics
- Immunizations and travel medicine
VIM patients can receive assistance with getting prescription medications through our dispensary. Our volunteers will help patients fill out forms that can qualify patients for medications and we keep a small supply of generic medications for dispensing to patients. We also send many prescriptions out to local pharmacies. We do not prescribe or dispense any narcotics at VIM. Refills must be called in two working days ahead.

Tuesday: 4-8
Wednesday: 1-4
Thursday: 9-12:30
Friday: 9-1
