In fulfillment of its mission, the VIM Clinic of the Cascades provides care to Deschutes County residents who do not qualify for Medicare or OHP. To be eligible at VIM, you must:

1) Be uninsured.

2) Live or work in Deschutes County.

3) Meet our income guidelines.

Currently we serve people at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. For a single person this is an annual gross income of $20,420 and for a family of four it is $41,300.
