Executive Chef Joe Kim, Jr.
Chef Joe Kim, Jr. has been part of the 5 Fusion family for just over a year. Joe came to 5 Fusion fromSan Francisco, where he was both a Sushi Chef and Line Chef. Joe’s background is one that is fairly unique; he is half Korean and half Irish, with most of his family being born and raised in Japan. This unique combination has created a chef with knowledge of Japanese and Korean traditional cooking techniques, but also a passion to bring those flavors to Americans in a way that can be enjoyed without culture shock.
supposed to be his new life traveling in Asia, furthering his knowledge as a chef, to be with an ill family member, only to find a new home at 5 Fusion.
Dinner tickets are $100 per person, fully inclusive.
